A Message from the Music Director at OLPH:
 
Since a year devoted to focusing on the Eucharist began, you may have noticed the selection of a Communion Song at Sunday liturgies is being repeated for several weeks at a time. As the Christmas Season was drawing to a close and I was preparing music for the Sundays in Ordinary Time leading up the Lenten Season, I wanted to emphasize that Jesus Christ is alive and present in the bread and wine transformed into His body and blood. The repetition of a specific song is meant to bring attention to the act of receiving Christ in the Eucharist.
