Community Affairs

Community Affairs is a group of people who serve refreshments occasionally after Mass; plan and serve for special events in  Church, especially First Communion,  Confirmation, All Souls Day, and Christmas Eve.  Community Affairs also coordinates the outdoor Mass and picnic.  We have 3 or 4 meetings per year unless something special comes up that needs our attention. Don’t let the meetings keep you from joining. People often work when needed and never attend the meetings. Sometimes volunteers are working in the hospitality room and people, even children, come to ask if we need help. We are always grateful for the extra help especially at cleanup time.  This is a good way to meet new people. It is also a wonderful way for families to serve together.
